read my big mistake question if you haven't yet then tell me what you would do my ex and i are still talking or watever it's been a month and he says he doesn't know what he wants and i'm trying to give him his time and space but it's so hard because it's not like i cheated all i did was make a mistake i'm only human and i lied because my worst fear is loosing him and that's the last thing i wanted and it happend anyways cause i told him the truth i'm so confused i feel like he dragging it out and i just want us to be working out our problems and be together not broken up he says he doesn't want to jump back into this relationship with little trust and the chance i could do something like this or worse to him again but i would never do anything close to this again this whole thing has made me realize how much i really do love him and he says he loves me to and that he wants it to work he just doesn't know if it can or if it's what he wants... i'm so confused please help me...

Well, after explaining to him that you're sorry and want to earn his trust back, I think you should let him be. You can't MAKE him get back together with you. Just hope for a second chance. If he's not willing, then unfortunately you'll have to move on... and if that's the case, the sooner the better. Good luck!

I would just give it some time. I'm sure he will come around. He is just hurt right now. He says he loves you and he wants it to work so thats a positive sign. Just be there for him and keep letting him know how much you love him and miss being in his life. Good Luck

you have to give it time trust doesent come back over night. it will take a lot of time to rebuild the relationship. a lot longer than it did the first time. it is progress that you two talk. keep at it eventually the trust will build just dont mess up again i doubt you would get a third chance.

okay well you lied to him..thats breaking his trust...i would just let it be done and over with if you two still loved eachother then there should be no reason why he shouldnt want to take you back...just rebuild while your in the relationship its easyer that way then when ur out of it

it seems like he's feeling hurt and if he really is the right guy for you he will forgive you! dont worry we all make mistakes and you cant blame yourself for something for ETERNITY haha so just go with the flow and give him some space to breathe

Whatever you did really shook his trust in you. You're going to need to wait it out and give him space and time. There really isnt anything else you can do about it.
