Nosebleeds with Nasonex?

I've been on Nasonex for 10 days, now my nose is feeling irritated and bleeding (just a very little bit). Is this common for steroid nasal sprays?

Yes it is a side effect, and no it's not rare for nasonex. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist on whether to continue using it or not.
