Mine looks like me, but it is seriously lacking some serious ink coverage and facial piercings. We can't be a little more diverse and add some mods to the avatar list??

Totally! I have piercings and love showing them off, if only I could in my avatar as well. The figures are as generic as people are becoming in the world. I love the idea of adding mod options to the avatars. That would be so great and make them more realistic over cartoony and cheesy.

Upset or deeply bothered by it no.
Wishing that I could add to it even a little, yeah. But at the same time, I'm sure the uptight d*cks who run YA! have issues with piercings and tattoos, so I don't dwell on it.
If you want a good picture of you to show, use the 360 page to get a real photo of you.

I wish they would add some too. There at least two (maybe 3) arm tattoo options, but they come with tops that you cant change, and one tattoo option (the one I have) comes with a top and pants that can't be altered - not very much of a choice...

Yes! They should totally get some piercings at least...tattoos are quite personal and that is a broad range to try to cover.

I would have to agree w/ ya. We need more of a selection. Or hey, you could put your real pic on here, then you wouldn't have to worry about the avatars. Just a suggestion.

why not just put a picture of yourself as your avatar? my avatar is a picture of part of my back tattoo and i think it represents me better than any cartoony thing yahoo could come up with.

well, it could certainly add more variety to the avatars, and in some peoples' cases-make the avatar more realistic

Before I switched Avatars, my old one has arm tattoos, so they are available... just not widely available.
