I prefer Miracle Whip for the taste. Mayo is OK, but too bland for me.

Yeugh, NEITHER!
I just use sour cream or yoghurt. Healthy and pretty good if you manage to detach yourself from the fatty flavours of mayo. I know it can be hard to get un-used to, but seriously, that kind of thing only makes every other flavour blunt and tasteless and it muffles up your tastebuds. Look into alternatives! If you're making salads, for example, there is nothing better than olive oil and balsamic vinegar to really bring out the flavours of the vegetables... Good luck with that.

it really depends on my mood- i like mayo sometimes and miricle whip other times. if i am going to be taking something with me, like potato salad to a family reuinion, then i use miricle whip because it doesnt spoil as easily as mayo.

but for french fries, there is NOTHING like a good mayo to dip them in!

Actually I really don't like either, however, sour cream is a good alternative. I do that all the time, especially in tuna and chicken salad sandwiches with celery and salt&pepper. In fact, I want one right now.

I say either or both, just depends on the food, the mood, my diet....mayo's fatter, so if its about calories....I love them both, whip with turkey, mayo with tuna salad..
