Loose 30 lbs in 30 days? This is not a reasonable goal, and I don't think it's a safe one. You'd have to starve all 30 days as well as working out for 3-4 hours a day, and if you did this, you'd probably end up in the hospital due to malnutrition, or toxins in your body as your body starts to use up all the extra fat you've got stored, but keep in mind fat is not composed of the most healthy of minerals and stuff, as it is excess crap your body couldn;t use, and that's why it was stored. You can almost poison yourself this way! Very overweight people still have to eat like double the normal persons diet, down from 5 times or more the amount needed normally, and can literally drown in their own garbage.

No it's not possible. The average weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week and that's with diet and exercise. So while 30 pounds in 6 months is significantly more reasonable, don't let that deter you from your goal. Start with something small like 10 pounds in the first month with diet and exercising daily. As time goes on you'll appear thinner and toned.

it is not reasonable and in reality it is impossible to lose 30 lbs of "fat" in a month.
through diet and exercise the body can only metabolize so much fat in a given period of time. once this point is reached and maximum fat loss is achieved the body will start to catabolize muscle proteins causing a reduction in lean body mass. this is what happens when people follow drastic weight loss diets. there may be a major reduction of total body weight but in reality the loss of lean muscle mass can be as much or more than actual fat loss, in essence making a person fatter than before. this is not what you want. healthy weight loss occurs at the maximum rate of about 2-3 lbs of week.
the purpose of healthy dieting practices is to maximize fat loss while minimizing the loss of biologically active muscle tissue.

wow. it is but it's tricky. You are liable to put it back on if you don't play it safe after you've taken it off. Best bet is to exercise and diet and slowly up your caloric intake after the 30 days but keep up the exercise. Either way it depends on your age and health but I would not reccomend it to anyone regardless. 20 lbs if a healthier goal and can be contiued and upkepted.

no, not even if you totally fast and run a marathon every day.
ten pounds in a month is very aggressive. try for that.
i recommend a plant diet. eat things only if they come dirctly from a tree or plant: strawberries, blueberries, carrots, beans, rice, broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes, kale, eggplant.
not: pizza, burgers, cereal, bread, hot pockets, dairy, meat
ask yourself: did this come DIRECTLY off a tree or plant?
if the answer is no do not eat it.
drink only water or herbal tea.

i'm contained in the comparable boat you're. that's annoying to maintain stimulated now and lower back, yet you ought to set objectives, yet set weekly or month-to-month objectives. case in point, I tell myself that this month i prefer to loose 10 pounds. that's totally obtainable so I push myself for that and if I loose extra that's a plus. do no longer shoot for loosing a ton of weight in the initiating, because of the fact in case you do no longer make it you would be bummed out and down approximately it. For weekly objectives, I tell myself I won't consume out in any respect. If I make it i comprehend i've got extremely helped in my long term objective by way of assembly my weekly objective. good success and that i'm hoping you attain your objectives! :o)

very possible...very reasonable...and not unhealthy at all...
just don't think that starving yourself is the key...
exercise mixed with proper eating habits leads the body to work harder all the time...eating small healthy meals 7 to 8 times each day by itself would increase your metabolism in a way that could help you lose that much weight...
