We keep telling you our answer your just not accepting it. This war is lost it's a no win scenario. The best thing that can be done is break the country into 3 separate countries and maybe put an end to this stupid civil war. As to Osama he has to be hunted down on both sides of the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan that will take so conning of the Pakistani govt but is doable. This would entail sending sniper teams into Pakistan to hunt down Osama and his followers the teams must look and speak like the locales or they will only scare of the target. I would also make OSAMA the CIA's #1 priority. This is not the case now.

I don't understand why people like yourself keep on asking the same question all over, about the critics not having any plan of their own. Heard of the Iraq Study Group's recommendations submitted to Bush?. It outlined everything that were needed to formulate an alternative strategy on Iraq. But Bush totally ignored the ISG's recommendations, and went ahead on his own by sending additional 21,500 troops to Iraq.
The Iraq Study Group recommendations (Baker-Hamilton recommendations as it is called), is widely available on the internet for download. Go, read it first. Stop your ignorance in repeatedly saying "there are no other plans". Just for once, educate yourself. The answers are there, but you and your kind simply refuse to look at them.

No workable solution? Didn't most Dems say that the advice of the Iraq Study Group and those given by so many experts and Generals ought not to be dismissed? And that it's time for better debate to treat the advice more seriously and gather a Plan from it? Sadly, so many TV media honkers and Americans, like you, are either clueless, unattentive to what is really important, or simply have pretty lousy memories.

The Democrats have no real plan. Their plan is hate Bush. If Americans die in Iraq, Democrats celebrate. The facts are simple here-Clinton did nothing to stop Bin Laden and look what happened. Sure, they will try to blame Bush for that too, but ask a Dem exactly what did Clinton did about the USS Cole.

Absolutely, what do you suppose the liberal Democrats would have done in the aftermath of 9/11? They would have said "oh well, no harm, no foul", then when the next terrorist attack hit and killed even more innocents they might say, "you guys really need to stop this, let's get together and see what kind of bribes we can give you to make you stop", then when the terrorists hit an even larger area and started crippling our government and way of life then they might start to pay attention, but by then it will have been too late and we'll be living in a terrorist run nation.

But of course, anyone with any brains knows that the Democrats lied through their teeth, telling the American public anything they thought we wanted to hear, just to regain power.
The Dems have no plans, they have no new ideas -- it's just going to be going back to their tired socialist policies.

I hope the president's plan works. I really do. I don't have a solution and I don't know anyone who does. But, I am pretty sure Bush knew what was in store for him after that speech. He is losing support left AND right and what it all comes down to is that America is sick of seeing our soldiers coming home in boxes.

The democrats excuse has been that they were the minority party so they couldn't offer solutions. They don't have that excuse anymore. You're right. It's time for democrats to show their bag of tricks.

The criticism is a result of Bush's actions to get the US in a no-win situation and the unmitigated gall to try and fix the problem by doing more of the same thing.

Right on right on. Time for the Bush haters to put-up or shut-up. Unfortunately I know neither will happen.
