Ur clearly depressed! I fell like that sometimes when i'm just really having a bad day or week...but if u feel like that all the while then u need to see someone about it

If it's only the cold keeping you in bed then yes I hate getting up when it's cold, I tend to take more sickies from work when it's cold.
Be careful though that ur not slipping into some sort of depression. Before you go to bed just say to ur self that tomorrow I am getting out of bed no matter what, make a conscious effort to be out of bed in a reasonable hour.

i think of alot of individuals are that way at night. Alot of it has to do with the actuality that its much less stressful to forget approximately your problems in case you're working around busy, yet as quickly as you get dwelling house and start to take a seat down back interior the quiet all the thoughts which you had saved away start to pop up. My suggestion is stay off myspace and facebook for awhile. i understand that sounds stupid purchase attempt it. Alot of the situations i'm getting on myspace and get depressed in simple terms simply by fact I see my different friends posting %. and stuff that each physique seem satisfied and each thing and it doesnt help issues. So get off the laptop for awhile and locate something to maintain your thoughts and physique occupied

I would take a closer look at more than just the wanting to get out of bed. I would ask yourself if there are changes in your eating as well as your sleep habits, does it seem to be seasonal (i.e. do you notice it more in the winter when the sun shines less), is your overall mood depressed and/or irritable, and for how long has this been going on. If it continues for more than two weeks at a time you could be suffering from depression and I would probably go see your doctor. If it is more noticeable in the winter months you could be a person that suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) and if you see your doctor they could help with this as well.

the only time i feel this way is when im really depressed i now take anti depressants to help me get through each day. maybe you need to find a reason to get out of bed dont stay up all night

it is everyone, but only for those that hate their job. Some people look forward to going to work or school. They find fun there.

hell yeah!!!!!i feel you. trust me i do. same thing happends to me mean i just hate that....i wana go back to sleep and be all worm and couzy. but then on saturdays and sundays i hate it cus i dont get sleepy and wake up at the school hrs
