Hi,
For me they are a breed apart,no other breed compares to a stafford.
Full of character, funny, intelligent, but very stubborn and you can easily hurt there feelings.
A very loyal loving family friend who thinks he's human and loves been part of the family with his place in front of the fire!

I love staffshires because they are 100% loyal and very smart! I hate that ignorant people raise these gorgeous dogs to be violent, which, gives them a bad reputation. We are currently looking into adopting a 12 weeks old red nose...he's so adorable! The only (if you don't mind me saying) "good" thing about their reputation is that no one will probably dare to break into my house with a staffshire sitting on the other side of the door. ;)

me :D i have 2 and wouldnt have another breed of dog
gotta love the cute faces
they are loving dogs and wonderful with kids - mine just dont make good guard dogs - give them a biscuit they would let you take the tv lol
shame they get such a bad reputation due to the mindless morons who use them for fighting and as a status symbol - its not the dogs that are the problem its the owners who "train" them

"just laffin" Has the answer sadly the only time you hear about these great cuddly lumps is when they are owned by morons and bite someone but any dog in the wrong hands will do this
I had 3 Jack Russel's and they were far less predictable than my Staffy

Good Luck just Laffin YOU get My Vote

i love most bull breeds, own two boxers and a lab ( i know not bull breed) i let the dogs in the garden for a run one night and counted them as they ran in and i counted 4, went to check and there was a staffy standing in my dining room like he was a member of my family.. we seperated him from my girls and kept him all night (it was bitterly cold and there was no sign of anyone looking for a dog outside) let him out in morning and went home( i assume) but he was so friendly like a little boxer with a big head would like to be owned by one in future...

Yes my auntie had a Staff called Annie and she was the loveliest dog! So gentle and calm around children and really obedient. You might like www.planetsmostpopular.com as it has a section on favourite dogs and favourite names, i've been playing on it at work!
