I NEED TO LOSE APPROX. 40LBS. I CANT COOK AND HAVE A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE B/W SCHOOL, WORK, AND BEING A MOM.....ANY ADVICE!

Anytime you lose weight fast, it is not gonna stay off. Mark my words. Do it the right way. Exercise and eat right. The closer your food is to nature the better. Drink lots of water. No alcohol. That's the recipe for success.

apples, oranges, carrots.
grapes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries.
nothing needes, eat just as they come from the store.
broccoi, califlower, small tomatoes, etc.
open a can of beans every couple days.
only eat things if they come directly from a tree or plant.
produce aisle at the grocery store is your source.
no bread, pizza, burgers, hot pockets, meat, cola, etc.
keep fruit in your purse/car. no need to refrigerate!

yes drink lots and lots of water with everything you eat i heard that for every cup of water you drink you lose 300 calories.
