yes.
Men naturally can digest alcohol at a better rate than women, -so less of it hit's the bloodstream.
There's also a group of people that lack a certain enzyme that can break down alcohol, -so effectively, all of it's their bloodstream. There's a higher percentage of these types of people in south east Asia and Indonesia.
But considering how you asked the question, I don't know the percentages of finding a 'drunk woman' or a 'drunk man'
Or better yet, - getting drunk doesn't affect your gender!!

The way you asked the question, the answer would be NO, it does not change whether or not you are a girl or a boy. However, if you mean is the a different effect on men/boys and women/girls, then the answer is YES.
"Another gender based difference is in the elimination of alcohol. Although not explained, studies indicate that women eliminate alcohol from their bodies at a rate 10% greater than that of men.
It is important to remember that this difference in the eliminate rate is by far outweighed by gender differences related to distribution factors. Thus, women will, in most cases, reach higher BACs as their male counterparts that consume the same amount of alcohol."

Ladies have a better threshold than man, however continuous drinking will erase the threshold. Drinking can cause liver cancer, fatty liver and brain damage.
So be cautious.
