Well as I am a muslim so i can only tell the islamic view...in islam there is one important category that is"haqooq-ul-ibaad" means "human rights"...its important theory is that if a person hurts someone Allah will not forgive that person unless he ask forgiveness to the person he have hurt....similarly hitler had killed so many innocent people...like he killed people who were physical dissabled...so for Allah forgiveness he should ask forgiveness to those people...so from my view i think God will not forgive him.And Allah knows the best.

Ok, you did not specify what religion you're talking about! I'm gonna assume it's christian though.
in that case god would only have forgived hitler if he acknowledged he sinned, accepted jesus christ as his savior, and had faith in him. he may be known as one of the evilest men who've ever lived, but he was still a person!
