Summer is coming up soon and I want to look good. I play lots of sports and eat healthy, I have been for a while.But I have extra fat, specialy my love handels and my theighs, I want to be able to wear a bikini and look great. how can i slim down and git rid of that all?
please help..

eat right, no junk food, no sugar sodas and exercise. Don't use pills since the only thing that will be lighter is your wallet.

dont eat for sum time ^_^ i was ill for 2 weeks and had zero appetite and lost 5kg ^_^ or try to excerse more and eat vegetables and no crisps choc etc
