A hippocrit who judges others and lives their life based on mythology rather than scientifical facts.

Someone who believes in God & Jesus Christ & trys to live by Jesus' example.
Christians should strive to not be judgemental, live the 10 commandments, be a positive reflection of Christ, & strive to be a better person, they should not be a hypocrite who condemns others, they should not put themselves or the pride of their religion above others.
Unfortunately they have a bad reputation. I don't believe that all christians are "bad", but there is enough negative ones that have caused problems for the entire christian population.
I hope that somehow that could change, maybe just one person at a time, striving to not be one of the difficult, judgemental ones.

foolish , hypocritical, slaves that are led around by their noses and cant think for themselves. All swallowing the doctrine of Kings of old that was designed to control the population and harness them with guilt and fear. Ban Religion!
I think of the extreme measures that were used to ensure that the populations adopted christianity, such as the crusades where thousands of innocent people were mercilessly slaughtered because they didnt follow the words of Christ. Telling everyone that they will be lost forever in the lake of fire if they dont adopt Christ as the savior of mankind....thats over two thirds of the worlds population going to hell.
What do I think when I think of a Christian...one who sees themselves as a follower of good, yet sin before they leave the church on sunday...gossip, how many people do you see standing around after church gossiping? in that gossip is lies, and false witness, Judgement is passed during church...what one wears, how one sings, or how dirty someone may be, who showed and who didnt. all these little sins that i see everytime i go to a church. which lately isnt to often anymore. did you ever sit in on a church council ? and listen to these so called good people when it comes to cold hard cash.
What do i think of when i think of a christian.....A basic liar.
Tell the children the whole side of the story not just half, if you are going to be a teacher ...know what you are teaching

A christian means that you believe in God...You are suppose to be honest,not a liar,not a thief,not a killer,love your neighbor as you would yourself,that means to respect others and their property..do not go around gossiping or telling secrets or making up things against others..If someone says something about you that is untrue,go to them and try to get the matter straight with your fellow man,if you can,t then you should leave and just pray for them..Do not be a person that stirs up strife...Do not take anything or borrow anything that does not belong to you.Show love and compassion for others..be easy to approch,uphold the laws of the land..If someone uses you pray for them and let God take care of it.Do not judge others..no fighting..fussing and don,t be a drunk or druggy....you should lead a life that is above reproach...In other words don,t do anything or put yourself in the postion to be talked about, do not be jealous of others,do not envy and desire anyones things,be happy with what God has given you..Be ready to forgive easily...If you have a problem go to god,and if you feel you have something against someone go to them and talk and try to work out your problems,and be Honest..Any christan should apply these quaities to their life in order to call your self a christian...You should be prayfull,read gods word..If you do sin you have an advocate with the Father through Jesus Christ.....Do not commit adultry,and do not fornicate...We should also accept jesus Christ as our personal savior...Christians are human and tend to be human and sometimes we fall & stumble,but we are to get up and shake ourselves off and ask God to help us...We should also believe that Jesus came to earth and that he layed his life down and he shed his blood to forgive men for their sins..He loves us and he wants the best for us,but he knows we are human and he has left a way to be forgiven for our sins.We must always know that if we should sin we have Jesus blood to cover our sins if we ask,and he is faithful to forgive us...Hell was not intended for man,it was meant fr lucifer and his decendants...Jesus is the rewarder of his people....Last but not least..GOD IS LOVE

Definitions are often open to interpretation.
I believe in Christ, but don't consider myself a Christian. I believe that the "Christ Nature" that he embodied is very much like the "Buddha nature" they talk about in the Far East. This nature can be cultivated in any willing individual.
Oh, but wait! This view is also held by the Unity Church. They DO consider themselves Christians. See how interpretations get tricky.

God died for our sins and forgives all that have fallen short to the Glory of God.God claims us as sons and daughters,fills us with the Holy Spirit, and promises to travel the pathway with us. A path that will bring us all home.All baptized who believe the body of Christ, given to you. The blood of Christ shed for you. Amen

Someone who believes that Jesus Christ was both fully human and fully God, as the Son of God and the Blessed Mary. Someone who worships him and then tries to act as He did in their own lives.

a follower of JESUS CHRIST.... someone who no longer desires the lustful things of the world but desires to be filled of the HOLY SPIRIT.... someone who wants to live out the will of GOD... someone who walks according to the spirit and not according to the flesh.... a believer of the word of GOD and believes everything that is written in it, and tries to live a life pleasing to the LORD...
