Well, you can seduce by being yourself or pretending Anyway , seducing by being yourself yields better result.. But enough of fluffy words.. There is no one size fits all recipe.. having said so : (1) What is easy has no value; (2) developing curiosity goes a long way; (3) making him believe you may be interested and then acting like not gives a sense of loss that tends to make him pay more attention to you ; (4) be nice to all around , not only him , so he will never be sure; (5) Keep the playing field on the "joking" side . Anything subtle, flirtatious, and borderline teasing. A glance in his direction when you're sure he's looking. And letting the glance stray off a few times before you give him the impression that you're flirting with him.
There are great perfumes that are very seductive and erotic. Tighter dresses that reveal you just enough to create that curiousity and get you a second look from him. The way you can use your smile to give subtle hints. Everything.

Well I am a man and will try to answer your question. Do you work with the kucky guy or is he a casual friend.
If it was a woman and I was trying to seduce her and she worked with me the I would be careful but ask for her opinion about a project that I am working on and listen to her comments and incorporate some them into the project and thank her. I would also mention her suggestions to my manager when she was around so she could her it.
I would follow up by asking her out for a drink after work or dinner on a Friday night and see where it goes it may take a little while longer with a woman but a man that shouldn't take to long. Just go with the flow.

Seduction is all about being obvious. Seduction is about sexy clothes or lingere, romantic music, bedroom eyes, etc. There are ways to FLIRT with a man without being obvious, like pretending you don't know he's there and bending over to pick up something, or brushing by him very closely when trying to get past him in a hallway. But seduction is about letting them know your intentions and getting them to start thinking the same way.
