stress can lead to weight gain and loss of sleep. overtime the weight will return and in some cases you may gain more weight than you lost. It also messes with your sleep patterns causing you to remain awake for long periods of time.

Stress isn't healthy no matter how you look at it.

when i had really bad stress i lost lots of weight,had bad skin and couldnt stop shaking! not nice!
