110 beats per second!!!!! you'd be dead of tacicardia!!!!!!!
110 per minute makes more sense!!!
The average human heart beats between 90 and 110 at rest (some people have as low as 70 beats per min)
the cold hands and feet can be to do with the weather (we had snow 2day and im wearing one pair of socks and yesterday and today my feet have been painfully cold) if you have cold hands and feet all year round it could be Reynards again you'd need to go back to the Docs.
Chances are it is nothing
if the docs didnt pick something up then i would think that they are right it is nothing

Given the symptoms you described, I'd say the fact that you're posting the question online instead of calling your doctor is an indication that Saint Darwin of the Gene Pool is coming to claim you.
In order to better server Saint Darwin, I'll say, "No, you don't have a heart problem of any kind. Go drink some Espresso and go for a jog."

110 per second is impossible...110 per minute is fast. Its probably caused by stress and anxety, but the doctor should have sent you for some tests to find out. If it continues get a second opinion;

If you're not comfortable with your current docs diagnosis, run, don't walk and get a second opinion. It's your life we're talking about here.
My ex had the same thing and ended out in the hospital with a heart attack, not to say that will happen to you but why take a chance.

I've been going through this stuff for a while now, got an appointment for a 24 hour heart trace tommorrow.
The drs don't seem to concerned for me either.
Best thing I can say it's don't be worried, I know you will, I am, but it will only increase your blood pressure and stress levels and make things worse.
Hope everything is ok for you :)

These days you have to be your own doctor practically. You have to insist that they check it out. Be firm. Also, pay attention to what you are eating when these spells occur. Have you had too much sugar perhaps, or caffeine? Make an appointment for a full physical.

Samantha : ok here's what you can do as good idea
take your "Blood Pressure" readings and keep them recorded
every day also show it to Cardiologist because some times
the Heart rates must have "60" when normal ! other wise
stay healthy & drink plenty of fluids

No, just keep a watch on yourself. there are medications that will regulate you heart rate. I use to take them myself.I hope you mean 110 per min. not per second.

Could be circulation problems, have had heart probs and yes they do apply but with more probs along with them. so my advice is plenty of water to flush body and maybe some herbal tablets for cleansing the blood and some iron.

If you want a second opinion go to another doctor, but to be quite honest alot of people have these problems and they lead a normal healthy life.
