You wonder why they are with you? Well, it sounds like you should be wondering why you are with them, honey. The bad seeds are always the ones that you find. The good seeds are the ones that find you. When you come to terms with this and find patience, the right one will find you. :)

I'm sorry to say that some men are just disappointing. You'll go through this until you find that guy who's right for you. You never know what men are up to. You could like a guy and think that he really likes you and then boom they dump you. A lot of times guys just want to play women. Have sex, hang out and then there out the door. Try to date a total opposite. Some guy you'd never try to get with. As women, we make the mistake of having this "type". And we continue to go after that same type of guy over and over again. But we just don't realize it. Hope you find someone that appreciates you.

When was the last time you sat down with a bunch of girlfriends and said something like "I tried hinting to him and he isn't getting it?"

Thats the first part of the problem. Women think they are somehow being super clever in trying to communicate. Men don't know what women want anymore. Be obvious and to the point.

I had a female friend pretend to be me on messenger to a girlfriend. The two of them got so incredibly confused as to what was being said in the conversation. This female friend of mine writes dating articles and credited herself an expert. This example just goes to show that women don't even know how to communicate to each other.

Edit: to miss knowitall. I absolutely agree. I see so many of my female friends going after the same "type" of guy over and over again. Then in between I keep hearing the "there are no good guys" line. When I tell them to try somebody like mr X instead, the response is always "no I like this kinda guy." Oy

First of all, if you have to ask why a man is with you then you need to re-examine yourself and figure out why you are special not only to men but first and foremost to yourself. Men are pains in the rear just as women but remember nobody can get under your skin only if you let them. So diva up and be the strong woman that all women should learn to be!

You are always in control of the way you feel! It is a cop-out to say that someone makes you feel a certain way. Men don't disappoint you; you disappoint yourself! As to why men are with you? You have something to offer. Whether it be your mind, your soul, your personality, or your body men will always find something attractive about you. It just seems to me that you are having problems accepting the fact that they are with you! Do you not consider yourself worthy?

You set your sites too high. Guys will be guys no matter what you want or do. Those pop psych books out there like men are form mars women are from the dark side of the moon are not too far off the mark. Guys will be guys.

Maybe you are just not ready for a serious relationship, so you therefore subconsciously find everything irritating about them. It could be that you are protecting yourself from pain and hurt. Should you drop your guard down, they just might get to know you..and knowing you, they might just know how to hurt you. Sometimes we build a wall of protection around us without realizing it, and it will usually take a pretty special person to be able to penetrate that wall. I believe there is someone for everyone, and that someone will come for you one day.

are your expectations too high? afterall, no one is perfect. maybe you need to be more patient with them. yes, men can be nerve racking, but even the most compatible couples can tend to get on eachother's nerves.

When you first meet a guy, you need to find out what his goals are, short term and long, and what he is doing to achieve them. That will give you a better idea of how serious he is about life, then possibly about a relationship.

There are good men in the world. Apparently, you go to the wrong places and meet the wrong men or are attracted to the wrong men.
