at first its wrong to do exersice at night i dont why but i know its wrong... then you have to balance between your eating and exercise... and dont do cardio only you have to build up your muscle it will not show at first butsoon when you burn the fats it will show... besides if you do a lots of cardio and dont build your muscle you are more likely to have loose skin... the first pounds are very easy to loose but then it will get harder and harder coz you are getting closer to the normal wieght... dont care about the number in the scaling weight coz you will gain weight ...muscle weight and thats good weight... stop counting callories instead watch what you are eating... instead of eating too much rice eat vegtables untill u burst and before eating any meal eat a bowl of youghart and wait a while then eat some only so u will be full from the youghart... if you crave something drink a glass of water if it doesnt help sleep or run, drink a lot of water a day u will probably go to the bath room a lot but its ok it helps a lot.
i was 105 kilos i had the same diet i am now 83 kilos and with muscle curves and v shaped body with 6packs!!!! not to brag!!

Your body has adjusted to the new system. Your metabolism is probably only burning 1500 calories a day instead of the 2500 it used to. The cardio is also burning less than you think now. I would suppliment your routine with weights 3 times a week (so you don't overdo it and tear something), increase or switch up your cardio routine, and vary your calorie intake from day to day. Maybe 2000, 1500, 1800, 1300, 2100, etc so your body doesn't slow down.

I'm around that weight and you could life weights but you don't necessarly have to. Just watch what you eat and don't eat a lot. excerise is really important when your dieting. Stay away from things like chips, ice cream, cookies, candy, cakes you know all that fattening stuff. You should lose weight by doing this but don't strave yourself. What your doing now is a good start. Keep this up and you'll lose weight. You won't take it off in a day it takes like a week. I know how you feel.

You need to take it easy, your body acknowledges that you loose weight and a normal reaction is that your body will not loose any more weight. Is a mechanism of defense, so that you won't loose too much weight to soon, so be patience. Remember that is not good to loose too much weight too fast. You can use "Fiber System Plus" 4 times a year. You will loose some pounds every time you use it but more importantly you will keep clean your digestive system. Fiber System Plus its natural and it has Transfer Factor, its a molecule that will increase your immune system so that your body's defense will be constantly in alert to fight any invader that's coming to attack your body. It is recommended twice a year, but in your case you can use it four times a year. If you use it, ""drink a lot of water"", and keep always a positive mentality. I have a couple suggestions for you one is you may be over doing it. Your body needs to rest. So maybe for now you should drop the extra cardio and add the weight lifting. For myself I had to do weight lifting to lose the weight. The other perk to weight lifting is you will tone and tighten. The only other things I can think of are watch your intake of alcoholic drinks, they will mess up your diet, and be sure to get plenty of rest. Try this for one week, I bet you will find that you have broken your platue.

My husband lifts weights and it really burns a lot of calories. Remember that the more muscle you build the more you can weigh since muscle weighs more than fat. It will probably balance out soon.

Definatly weigh train now. You need to build muscle to cut down fat while your inactive. If you are a guy, you should eat more than 1500 calories a day. You need about 2200-2500.

Sounds like you are on a plateau....with your exercise routine. You need to switch it up and turn it up a notch too. Meaning that you need to add more resistant to your cardio work out. Yes....do weight training too.
