Eat celery. The energy it takes to eat it works off more than the callories it puts on. I spent 2 weeks continuously eating celery and lost 3 stone (and the will to live).

I would suggest that the best way to lose weight is to exercise lots and regularly. Eat balanced meals, don't diet as diets never work long term. Society on the whole eats alot healthier than 50 years ago but the reason we have so many overweight people is because we do alot less exercise

Cut out fats and sugars, cut clown on bread and potatoes, eat fruit and veg, eggs and white meat. Cut out red meats, eat fish, as much as you can stand, not deep fried with chips. EXERCISE!!!!
Gently to start and build up your stamina. You'll feel much better. No fags or booze. Walk aerobically, fast, better for your knees than jogging. Walk up stairs, a lot. Find a good hilly route to walk.

eat less and exercise more... that is the best...
for actual food id say eat plenty of vegetables.....
if your going to eat meat choose healthier meats such as chicken and fish....
another thing is the way you cook food.... so instead of frying, grill
