Yes, I'm an idiot. I let my friend's take my mom's blush red champagne (Cook's) and it's now filled up with water just waiting to be discovered. Rather then wait for the day she finds it, I want to find some alternative (as she doesn't know wine/champagne at all) so she'll think it's still in there if she happens to open it.
From what I've heard, blush champagne is expensive. So, is there anyway I can mix champagne/red wine or something and put it in there? Just so I don't get killed. Getting wine of some sort, or champagne isn't a problem. I just don't know what will resemble it the closets.

Any helps appreciated,
thanks =)

I recommend going to a liquor store and finding the same stuff your mom had and just replacing it. The problem with just replacing the stuff in the bottle is that she'll surely notice that the cork isn't sealed any more when she goes to open it - everyone knows champagne "pops" when opened!

If you really can't afford the Cook's and you want to try this refilling scheme, carry a bottle of Cook's around the store until you find something cheap with a similar color. You can probably find some kind of cheap sparkling wine. Alternatively, your plan of mixing champagne with red wine will probably work.

But just keep in mind you can't solve the cork/flatness issue with any kind of refilling plan.

Try adding 1 drop at a time of food red food coloring, shaking it each time between drops to check the color. Good luck.

Get an adult to go to the store and buy a new bottle--it's not expensive.
Be honest and own upto what your "friend" did.
Stay out of your Mom's stash.
Get a hobby.

Cherry 7-Up looks pretty close, except it doesn't taste like champagne at all.
