I love snacks and I hardly have time to exercise. What can I do or eat to lose about 10 lbs? I'm 19 years old. Please help. I sit allday at my job and at school

Snack on fruit, walk whenever you have the opportunity, take up a sport, fidget at your desk (apparently it does help!)...

Well i recently lost 20 lbs. in the last 3 month. All I did, was eat less and increase the number of times i ate throughout the day. I would snack alot on fruits and special k cereal. Your also are going to have to make time to exercise.... I know its hard...... but in the end it's worth it.

Work out in the morning or at night. All you have to do is exercise and stay with it. you will be fine in a month or two. Good luck.

my ex was model .She was drinking hot water with fresh lemon juice 4-5 times in day and eating apples b4 dinner or lunch..
