what to do my cat jumps on the walls and scraps off the wallpaper?

The scratch post does nothing he sleeps on it .My cat is a he and not a female but a male .And i don't want to redecorate my apartement.

She's acting out her aggressions. Pick out a section of the wall and tack up a piece of cedar fencing for her to scratch. I keep plenty of "bare-wood" stuff for my Stimpy. Hey they ARE going to do it so try to be accommadating. LUCK

Get or make a good sturdy, tall, scratching post for your cat and teach them how to use it. A tall cat tree would be even better, it would satisfy the need to scratch, jump and lounge around in high places looking down their noses at people :)

Also to train your cat to keep off that wall, get some double sided tape, and apply to the wall, close enough so that when your cat jumps up, they will get sticky paws. They'll give up after a few days of that.

Get the cat a scratching post. Cats scratch whatever they can get their little claws on if you don't have a scratching post. That was my saving grace with my kitten. He was clawing carpet and other things. Once that post came into the house that's all he scratches now.

Stomp on it's back feet. That'll calm the jumping right down. Re-apply as needed.
