Alligators in estuaries?

I am making a biome in a crate. I need to make animals that live in estuaries. Do alligators and/or manatees live in estuaries? Please ONLY answer if you know for sure because I need to know the truth- this is a school project. Thanks!

Manatees live in slow-moving rivers, estuaries, saltwater bays, canals and coastal areas.

Alligators live in sinkholes, ponds, lakes, canals, small streams, mangrove areas, all types of wetlands, freshwater sloughs, and estuaries.
