Many believe that tummies rumble only when they're hungry.
Most times, this is not the case. The sounds you hear when you're NOT feeling hungry is actually your food processing & moving throughout your intestines. :)

I heard once that the sound of your tummy rumbling is actually the sound your intestines make when they contract after having digested a lot of food. Knowing that, I guess your tummy is always rumbling because you eat a lot of big meals.

it can be caused from many reasons,one of them is from food allergies, from dairy products,etc
