No, you cannot purchase drugs in other countries to import here without a DEA license, and they won't give it for any of the three you've listed. MDMA's fun, but it causes Olney's lesions(swiss-cheese brain), cannabis is good in moderation, and LSD isn't for general consumption(people are too goddamn stupid to use it responsibly).

i'm pretty sure spice has been a schedule 1 drug as of march of 2010 in the U.S. so its probly illegal everywhere in the us now. i know they used to sell it at headshops but i dont know if they still do (havent really looked) also from the bottom link below: "Today, Spice is considered a medicinal product and it is illegal to import, sell or market. New Zealand, Austira, Germany and France have made Spice illegal for a long time and the United States has been regulating it. Now the product is completely banned."

I would bet that the answer is no. You can't legally buy Cuban cigars online, so why would you expect drugs to be legal?

However, I do not know the legality of buying them and them not being shipped to the US. I wonder if it might be legal to make the purchase here and the delivery goes to a country where the possession is legal. You never were in possession of the drugs in the US. I bet there is some sort of provision somewhere that covers this, though.

That is the stupidest question ever. You know i am in law enforcment and if i were to ever track you down i can dig up some dirt on you and get you banned from ever using the internet. Plus, drugs screw you up real bad when you take them. Well if your taking drugs now I really hope you stop. You must have been high when you wrote this.

OK people LISTEN - the DEA handles drugs, not ATFE (yes new name) or FBI....get with it! You cannot purchase ANY drugs online and it be legal unless it is a prescription medicine and you have a script (legit).
