Usualy he'll come over to me when I initiate the conversation and stand very close to me, but with his arms crossed. (I noticed he doesnt do this with other people) My question is does he like me? i want opinions because i think im gonna tell him today but dont want to if im completely wrong.

The only way you can find out is if you ask him. If he is not going to answer you, then move on. it's his loss.

Just speaking from a behavior/body language POV... crossed arms or legs denotes being 'closed' to what you are saying, not receptive, uncomfortable, protecting the self, etc.

To say for sure if he likes you I cannot... haven't seen the two of you together. But, here's my question to you... why not tell him regardless?

I just told a guy I'm crushing on him without being certain he felt the same, and since I've said something to him we have become closer and gone out several times since then. Our friendship has improved cause I spoke up.

I would say ask him if he do like you first!!and he probably only cross his arms because he's not at the comfort level with you just yet.He just might like you and might be afraid to open up completely and he's showing it by crossing his arms or maybe its a way of keeping him calm or he may not realize that he is doing this, but I wish you the best of luck and if he's not intrested his lost!!!

By him holding a conversation with you, he might be interested.
But his body language is saying something else (the folded arms)

I would go ahead and tell him. What do you have to lose? Nothing.

arms crossed is not a good sign --- its defensive --- so while he may like you he is concerned about what may happen ie he does not want to hurt or be hurt in a relationship
