One is a religion, the other isn't. How are you trying to compare them?
That's like asking what the view is of Christianity or constitutional monarchy...
(My bad: misread the question. Still, I fail to see how a highly organized religion leads to anarchy any more than any other highly organized religion leads to anarchy. Any religious institution can be a driver for a political movement, although I think that anarchism is more likely to include a rejection of any religious basis rather than flow from it).
Re Mr. Marbles, below: substitute "Jesus" for "Mohammad", and "Christianity" for "Islam", and you could make much the same argument...

anarchism
an·ar·chism [ánnÉr kìzzÉm]
noun
1. doctrine rejecting government: an ideology that rejects the need for a system of government in society and proposes its abolition
2. actions of anarchists: behavior intended to overthrow or weaken a society's formal system of government
3. resistance to control: resistance to all forms of authority or control
The only time in which Anarchism (definition 3) would be supported is if the leader of the Islamic nation, openly started going against the principles of Islam, was unjust, oppressive, or ignorant. This leader would be removed, and a righteous leader would be chosen.
And God knows best

My view on Islam is that it sucks, it is regressive, it has an idiot called Muhammed as its symbolic leader, and it's constituents will kill thems selves and others in the name of religion.
There is nothing good to say about Islam.
