vigorous exercise is an effective way for males to relieve stress. Yoga and meditation also work for some, but your BF may not be into that.
I have an intensely stressful job. I spin (hard riding of exercise bike) and I play a lot of soothing classical music in the evenings.
I tried mediation, but my mind would always wander back to work and I would wind up meditating about how pissed off I was over that day's work events

Sex is a huge stress reliever, works everytime :) but other than that, maybe you can start taking a yoga class with him...if he's anything like my bf though, he won't be into that...just talk to him and try to work out your stress related issues verbally...other than that, my sex suggestion still stands..haha.

Praying,reading the bible and meditation are the best cure for any kind of stress.Exercise can help in a way too.

I swim laps. If you're new to it, start with a few and work up to an hour a day. It's wonderful!
