depends on how much of the fattening food you eat. for example, i've calorie counted since 1/3/07 and i've been pretty strict so far. yesyerday, i ate 2 brownies. they are really small in size, but one was 420 and the other was 480 in calories! in that case, maybe i shouldve had only 1 or chosen something else that was more fulfilling for the same or lesser calories. in this case, i just ate a really light dinner to make up for it, or i couldve done more of a workout to burn those calories off. giving yourself a break every once in a while is ok, as long as you dont over do it and you slack for the rest of the day. if you dont want to slack on another meal for eating something "bad", get to the gym earlier the next day to make up for it. good luck on the diet.. self control and discipline is everything

definite! rather if it is 5 months aside. LOL. you shouldn't be worried. I eat it perhaps a minimum of once a week or more suitable on the line like at the same time as i'm out with my fiancee and buying. i do not continually make the perfect judgements with my fiancee because the dollar menu is so low priced, and the products on the dollar menu or value menu are frequently exceedingly fattening often times. the perfect element is to easily get a baby's meal or something like that, yet in case you do get a large meal like a large Mac, make even a small replace to the meal a minimum of through even perhaps eliminating the properly bun. It saves rather some energy! yet like I reported, i'm positive, and my female friend is likewise positive. She a minimum of is skinny, and we typically bypass there a lot. ingesting out on occasion or maybe in a lot of cases isn't undesirable for you, purely purely be advantageous you're making healthful selections at cases once you do get out.

You go right ahead and eat bad when on your diet. But only eat a small amt of the bad stuff.I think if you dont have a treat, you will just slip eventually and binge.I think that we should ease into diets and gradually change our eating habits.Juat to suddenly torture yourself with all kinds of cant haves is no good.

It is ok to eat bad sometimes, just don't go overboard and don't make a habit of it.
