get a woman who is hard working, serious, and perhaps a little shy to open up to me? I want her to relax and smile a little more, I try to be fun around her and try to set an example of having fun with other people but she is so picky and a little snobby. a perfectionist. I feel sometimes she gets jelous at me for having fun which is not my intention.

Ask yourself....if you have to work that hard to get someone to like you, are they worth it? You are not going to be able to go around changing people. Just be her friend and relax...see what happens. Don't work so hard at it.
