How did the ASCP exams go last Oct. 2006 in the Philippines? Was the exam pretty hard? How many passed?

I was in doubt of whether i'll take the AMT(American Medical Technology) or the ASCP....need help on which examination should i take so i can land a job easily in the U.S...thanks!

What do you want to be certified in? Do you want to be a generalist? Histologist? I am a Medical Technologist certified by ASCP. If I'm on the right track here I would suggest taking the ASCP exam! That is recognized widely in the US. I've never heard of AMT.
