Listen and be open you will know any gift the moment you received it. Pray that His will be done and God will give you this on the gift specially assigned for you at exactly the right time. Just be available to Him

You can't mandate a gift. The type of gift you are talking about can only be attained by an openness to the higher power.
If you're open to the anwer, and it's important for you to know that answer, the Great Power (whoever's up there) will find a way to get that message to you. I've experienced it.
OPEN is the key word.
