OMG PLEASE will somebody help me? I need to lose weight ASAP!..If i eat just fruit & vegtables & foods with protein, drink nothing but water and do regular exercise will i lose weight? wen i get to the right size i want to be will i be able 2 get into an easy eating routine again or will i been hooked on fruit? please help thanks ..

You want to eat meat because it has nutrients in it that will help your body. Just calculate how many calories you intake daily, and eat about 500-700 less than that a day. Make sure its good food and make sure you are eating. Exercise 4-5x a day will help you. Do it for at least an 30min. Theen weight train for 2-3x a weeks and you will build muscle and cut fat. 1-2lbs lose a week is the most you should lose safely. but thats almost 8-10lbs a month. good luck.
