I work out regularly. I do taebo on the weekends, and I have this Group Power class tuesdays and thursdays. I usually do cardio other weekdays. ok, so I'm sore from work out last night at group power (an hour of weight lifting). Would it be a bad idea for me to go to kick boxing class tonight? I want to go to group power again tomorrow.

I think that your over doing it - you need a break between exerise classes inorder for your body to adjust and rest and repair it's self.

kick boxing is astonishing!! it receives you slot and in structure its sturdy on your body receives your heart pumping makes you look cooler once you are able to ppl "i take kickboxing" you are able to guard your self from creeps jerks (as interior of those in school) will understand no longer to clutter with you. yeah, im all out of ideas.

no it could stretch out your muscles and heal them and probably make them feel better. just dont push it. you do a lot of cardio during the week. ha.
