Would they be able to remember if the person who did it told them when they wake up they won't remember being hipnotized.

I dont know, but I am interested to see what people say. I would assume it would be very hard to, because I would think it either takes great relaxation or great concentration.

That is an interesting questions (you are getting sleepy). That would require a (very sleepy) high level of suggestion being transmitted to you (when I say "generally" you will become a chicken) via some subtle, subconscious method....which is Generally not accepted as a valid (you are now a chicken) among psychologists.

Have you ever seen Criss Angel? He has an episode where the "hynotizes" an entire restaurant of people with several different techniques. I don't know if it is real, but it is fascinating to watch.

Have you heard of Christians or Muslims?

They have all been hypnotized into believing in a judgmental punishing God.

None of them realize that this has happened to them.

They all think that this idea of God is real.

Hypnotism is not the most reliable thing. But generally speaking, it would be extremely difficult to hypnotize some one without their knowledge.
