It's called "grace"

It's an informal prayer, in that there is no specific words or phrases to follow. It's basically a prayer of thanks for the food that makes up the meal.

You can make it up as you go, saying a slightly different prayer each time. There are many popular pre-written grace prayers as well.

Whether you decide to go with one of those or make up your own - it's all good.

As far as I know, it's this:

Grace Before Meals

Bless us, O Lord, and these thy gifts Which we are about to receive from thy bounty, Through Christ our Lord, Amen.

Vinslave gave the correct answer. That is the traditional prayer.

Another pray that I teach at high school retreats can be sung to the tune of The Adams Family

We thank the Lord for givin'
The food we need for livin'
Please bless us while we eat it
Because we really need it

Please bless us one and other
Our fathers and our mothers
Our sisters and our brothers
Please bless us, one and all

"Grace" and there are several versions... depending on what traditions and culture you hail from:

"Bless us oh Lord and these Thy gifts,
for which we are about to receive
from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord.
Amen"
