YOu can't say it exactly, it would be "me esta encantando" but it sounds dumb, so you would rather say "me encanta" which is "i love it"

Me encanta is correct, and they also used this translation for the McD's campaign in most Spanish-speaking countries.

Actually, in spanish the word "Love" is used mostly for people. I would say "May Gusto Mucho" which means I like it a lot
