i wear a bra all the time(exept for when i shower or swim), does this mean my boobs wont get bigger or that i wont get cleavage?(still a teenager)

I wouldn't think it would matter. I wore a bra all the time and mine just kept growing. I never slept with mine on though, I always took it off. If they are meant to grow any bigger nothing can stop that. Some people have little ones and some have big ones, mostly depends on your genes. Not all people can have cleavage, but there are padded bras that make cleavage. Not sure this is what kinda answer you were hoping for but I hope it helps anyways.

No. Wearing a bra will not effect your breast growth. However, wearing it 24/7 like you've been doing can cause other issues. Your skin / breasts need to breath, streatch & relax. If you have a bra on all the time, this natural and necessary process can't happen. You will probably develope a rash where the bra is in constant contact with your skin. It will look kinda like a reverse tan. You should try to go bra-less for a couple of hours each day, and 1 or 2 nights a week.
