I live in NY and my boyfriend of almost two years has moved to Georgia, a better job opportunity. He wants me to move with him, I have a 6 year old daughter, not by him, and I am used to the city life, but I don't want to lose him. I am willing to move out there but I won't have anyone but him. Is there anything about Atlanta that I should know? Should I up and leave New York with my daughter to be with my man? Is there anyone out that that can offer some feedback as far as the best jobs, etc.? Please help!!!

I personally wouldn't do it. You would be uprooting your life to be with a guy and your not even married. If your going to make that type of transition you should atleast be married. You have a child and if the relationship doesn't work he'll be fine, but you'll have to move back to your hometown with nothing to show for it. I hope you make the right decision for you and your daughter.

Honestly I would ask for some form of commitment from him if you are going to uproot from NY
