guys am really fed up of being skinny i need help..i need to put on some size i dont want to get fat i just want to have a good size,is there some kind of pill i can take for this

man ur crazy i wanna lost it lol but eat loads of sweets & sugary & fatty things (thats easy - go shopping!!) and then eat until ur the size u want to be, just be careful as u may go over the top & then u cant stop urself from eating! u need self control!!!

do not go for pills dude...youll curse yourself for taking that decision some day.

Gym is the only option. But it definitely wont work if you are not perseverent. I too am skinny like you but im adament to get rid of it. Im doin it at home with equipements....not costly ones...two dumbbells a barbell a bench and a bar to do pull up is more than enough.

And as the lady above said, once you atart working your body, your metabolism will jumbstart and youll feel like eating an elephant. do eat lots of good food then. Im saying this from my personla exp...good luck.

F pills. Get ur butt in the gym and do it like man. Take a protein shake after every workout and you will be 15lbs heavier in a couple months. Good luck.

I've always been underweight myself and a little too skinny. I lift light weights - but lots of reps - and it "fills" out my body and makes me more "solid". Also makes me hungry so I eat more. Hope this helps.

no pills!!!
Eat all your meals, include all your snacks, yummy protein shakes!!
Do light to moderate exercise, what suite you best. So you'll be putting on size and still be lean and tonned.
