If you think drinking green tea daily will help you lose weight daily you are misinformed..
If you going to cut down on eating and drink alot of green tea you might lose weight, but if you are planning on losing weight from drinking green tea then you wont.
There is nothing inside green tea that is clinically proven to speed up your metabolism or burn fat.
so wherever you "heard" from you should tell them to research

It depends on your physic and the nature of your body. If you feel that it has some effect on your body to reduce weight , then you can continue without any doubt. Startit with two per day one in the morning and one in evening.. It would work.
