Coconut Oil for hair. Where do they sell them? In Salon or supermaket? Thanks, I am totally new.... :)

I saw a plastic jar of Coconut Oil at the grocery store just today. Some people actually cook with it, but if the plain pure stuff is what you want, that's where I saw it, there with other cooking oils.

Most beauty marts have several bottles of different hair oils, many of them are small trial size bottles near the register. The local beauty marts here in baltimore sell coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil & tea tree oil for about 2-3 dollars. I've even seen it at some dollar stores around town.
There is also a product called Kemi oil sold at most beauty marts and even rite aids. Its not 100% pure coconut oil, but thats a primary ingredient and it has a tropical pina colada type smell.

Where do you stay.? In india coconut oil is sold in plastic containers in all grocery stores. There are few brands.
The same is exported to the US, UK and middle east.There they are available in indian grocery stores. Parachute and Nihar are famous brands. These wont be available in all groceries, but only in indian grocery stores .

All drugstore/convienience and typically most beauty supplies sell a coconut oil hair product but it's not 100% virgin coconut oil if that's what you're looking for.

online-drugstore.com or your local online pharmacy. most do free shipping if you place an order of $35-40 bucks or so.
Local health food stores also have it and upscale or natural grocers-think whole foods, trader joe and wild oats
also your local drug store or pharmacy as well as walmart, kmart, target etc
walmart will probably have it for the cheapest.

they sell 100% cocunut oil in indian stores and pakistan stores you will find brand names like parachute and dbaur vatika they are pretty good
