I usually recommend Glaxal (base) Lotion. It is fragrance-free and we commonly use it for compounding because it is the most gentle. If it is a smaller area you are treating (ie. hands) then I would typically recommend the Glaxal Base Cream because it will work better as a moisturizer. Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion is another good alternative

Sarna is a great fragrance and steroid free product line for sensitive skin. It was initially created for use in hospitals but is available over the counter:

I have dry, itchy, sensitive skin and have used this stuff for years. It's very smooth and absorbs quickly with no greasiness. I love it!

I would definately recommed Purpose for sensitive skin. It's amazing and feels good! I have been using it for almost 3 years now!
