You haven't given us much to work with, but if the person is truly psychotic then call the police and they will come interview the person and if they can, they will take them away. Otherwise try telling the cops they're trespassing, that you have asked them to leave and they refuse. It's your place!

I would call the police personally. But you could throw a smoke bomb into a closed room with them,too.

Maybe you should contact your local mental health agency or institution, if they have literally gone crazy? Otherwise, it's your house, throw them out!
