Depends on where you live, I would guess. I'm not sure what the statute of limitations are on statutory rape. Plus, you would have to find out the exact laws for statutory rape in your state. Some states have it where if there is less than so many yrs between you then it's not rape, but the older person still has to fall into a certain age group.

Depending on the state.......the majority of states allow up to 2 years from the incident. With that in mind, every day that goes by,the case gets weaker.

is he holding something over your head?

I dont think he can get into trouble if he was under 18.
if you have had sex with him after he turned 18 - yeah he could get into trouble.

If he is threating you, get away and tell someone.
If you are donig it to be spiteful - get a life. And a new dude

Depends on the State.

No, don't worry, if you forget about it maybe you won't ever have to explain this to your folks. But some people have ways to pull strings and he could get in trouble even though you both were underage, good luck, and use protection (i.e. condoms)!

No. It's over, it has to be an active sexual relationship, not a past one.

yes it is possible but its complicated by both of you being under age --- i suggest you not worry about it as there is nothing you can do --- its in the past --- best wishes to you both

He can only get in trouble if it is proven.
