Depending on the type of wood , light pine type wood , in the past i got dents etc from the wood by using an old trick where you put a damp tea towel on the wood and then run a hot clothing iron over it , not letting it dry out and before your eyes the dings are gone. For scratches there are filler products that look rather like a candle that you just colour in the scratch and polish out , scratch gone. For holes if they are fairly serious what I would do is go under the table and cut a piece of wood from somewhere on the frame of the table where it cant be seen , cut / shape / trim to fit the hole and glue in place and polish . hope this helps.

Laminate flooring does not do well in baths nor kitchens for that matter. Yes, I know you see it all the time but laminate flooring is compressed wood fibers/shavings with a wood grain look paper pressed on and then laminated - plastic coated ( like your drivers license ) If you drop something on it like a heavy object it could actually chip. Moisture can make the top layer warp, bubble, peel and you really need to use a cleaning product specifically made for laminate floors You would be better off to use tile in these areas.. holds up much better. I speak from experience. Color to match pine wall --- a rich brazilian cherry or cherry stain would look nice

How deep?
You can buy a wood filler, that used with a putty knife can fill the scratches. If they are shallow you need an almond stick from the hardware if all these pieces are wood.
if they are white you can still use a putty or white caulk to fill the scratches then paint.
