oh yes, I once knew a guy that was really bad with women. Treated them like crap, cheated, never called, you know the type. Well one day, he fell in love...HARD. And guess what ?? She cheated on him and broke his heart and being the dumb butt he was, he took her back and then found out later (when he decided to ask her to marry him) that she was carrying on another relationship with a guy for the exact same time they were together !! Needless to say, he's a changed man..for the better !!

In my experience it all depends on how and what you believe. Your conscience can play a tremendous role in your life. If you feel guilty enough to ask the question or even consider the idea, you will feel the consequences. Because the minute something bad happens to you, it will seem like karma for what you have done in the past.
A direct effect of Karma isn't so much the same thing, for it is like throwing your gum on the street and stepping on it a few days later. You choose your own path and can create your own obsticles.
But will it change you? Again, it's how you believe. If the person is aware of how badly they treat people and continue to do it, the person is probably miserable themselves and in essence, is getting what they put out every day of their lives. Whether they will change their behavior, depends really on what they can live with.

Well i really feel that what goes around comes around. I have witnessed karma first hand. Its like every bad thing i have done has came back to me. For example i did a stupid thing when i was a freashman inhighschool and dated one of my friends ex boyfriends. And the next year i really feel for this guy but it didnt work out. and guess what one of my friends started going out with hem.
And yes knowing that what goes around comes around i treat my boyfriend the best that i can because thats how i want to be treated.
i think that bad karma has matured me in so many ways.

This may not be a great example but hey!! I am a firm believer in KARMA! So i am one of those people that if i see you drop money i will pick it up and give it to you! Well one day i was at work ( i worked in a gas station ) and a really small old lady walked in! She was one of those customers that came in every day! Well she came in tho make a money order of about $300! She had a lot of cash on her that day! Well as she was walking out she dropped the money order! I ran up and gave it to her! Not thinking anything of it i went back to work and finished my shift and went home! When i came in the next day she was there waiting for me!! I walked up to her and said hello! She handed me a $5 scratch off and smiled! I walked into work and stuck the ticket in my pocket! I forgot about it for a few days! Well a week later i was at the laundry mat and i found the ticket in my pocket! I scratched it off and i had won $500 on a $10 scratch off!

I do believe in 'what goes around, comes around.' I believe that if you treat someone badly, you'll have something coming for you. It may not be that bad, but they'll definitely be something.
This what happened to me one day:
I was in a really grumpy mood and I yelled at my younger sister because she wanted to play a game with me and I didn't want to. Later on that day I was luck enough (note the sarcasm) to have my thumb jammed and broke my nail, and now I only have half a nail on my thumb, it kills. So yeah, what goes around, comes around.

Yep. Not everyone gets theirs right away but when it does come around....look out! It does change how I treat people too. If I don't the bad karma, I try not to put it out there.

me. I believe in karma 100%. I have seen it in action.
I'm a nice guy and sometimes I get burned because of it but then I see the person who burned me get payback within a few weeks and I know it's there. Have seen this happen so many times.
It doesn't make me change because I am a nice guy, if anything it keeps me from changing.

i believe in it and i have seen the effects it has on people who have treated me badly in the past. I don't like to treat anyone badly because I know something I have said or done will come back to me.

Definitely - I always treat people how I want to be treated - if you are treating someone badly in a relationship then you shouldn't be with that person

Yes I believe in karma, and when someone screws me over and I am tempted to take it upon myself to do something vengeful to that person, I remind myself that what goes around comes around. I also believe in God and karma is not exactly a Christian teaching. My theory is "God will get you, so I dont have to"
