time for a trip to the vets for joj he may have a fungus or mites go and find out before he gets an infection until you get him to the vet use a little neosporin on the area to keep it from getting infected but it is not the answer good luck i have a quaker parrot named pickles and they sure are spunky loud birds

I just lost my Quaker at age 19. Quakers are very interactive and love lots of one on one time with their people. Your quaker may be bored and need more attention.

i would have him checked at the vet to rule out any medical problems such as fungal infections or parasites first.

Buy a good sized aloe plant. Break it open, and rub the aloe gel from the plant on his feet. You will be amazed how well it will heal and sooth. I'm not sure about putting neosporin, if he licks/bites at his feet, the neosporin could be toxic. Try the aloe, you will be surprised. It is also good to put a little aloe gel in their water, it helps their digestive tract.
