Oh, I seriously doubt Xenical will EVER be available OTC. Because the side effects of the mediation are so bad, you HAVE to be monitored by a doctor while you take it. Closely monitored. You have to have blood work done at regular intervals to make sure you aren't malnourished from the lack of vitamins/mineral absorption. And you have to take whichever vitamins your body has too little of.

Here are some of the side effects:

oily spotting;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
an urgent need to go to the bathroom;
an inability to control bowel movements, or;
an increased number of bowel movements.

Just buy it online! $125 + $7.50 shipping. If it ever got to be OTC it would be that price or more. What you might want instead would be a generic version. That would save some money.
