As everybody said, the environmental health officer. Address in phonebook, at the library or from your doc's surgery. It's a shame you didn't keep any of the meal it could have been sent for analysis. Did you go to your doctor? As Food poisoning is a reportable disease. When a case of food poisoning is suspected, the doctor has to notify the enviromental health people so there isn't an outbreak of the illness.
When you report a premises, an environmental health officer is sent round, and he/she has the authority to close a place down on the spot if it's found in dire need of cleaning or hygiene found wanting.
If the place is reasonable, he/she can order that the place be cleaned to his specifications, eg friers and canopies de-greased, floors cleaned behind cookers etc. They have a specific time to do this (days) and when a re-inspection is done, if it's still not up to scratch, again the place could be closed o the spot. good luck

I would think you need to contact your local environmental health agency. Also I would consider contacting trading standards. If you are really aggrieved about it and want to stop anyone else getting ill like you, then you could contact the local paper, they will always be interested in reporting something like that.

I think it would be the food standards agency. It is best if you kept some of the food for testing though.
